Santi Restaurant & Lounge Bar

Open to general public and Pondok Santi guests for lunch and dinner.

With an array of different dinning experiences from the coconut grove, lounge bar, beach dining and the ambient Marquee, Pondok Santi caters for couples to groups in the islands most exquisite settings.

Led by London Chef Jamie Tack the menu is designed around locally sourced seasonal ingredients. A delightful fusion from the archipelago and western cuisines.

With a focus in the near future to foster a paddock to plate philosophy, a herb and vegetable garden is in the planning to provide seasonal and organic produce unique to the Estate.

Lunch noon – 4pm

Dinner 6 -10pm
